Trends Forum International is an annual gathering that
addresses consumer trends. Dee was program chair, and a
speaker, at the 2003 Trends Forum.
As a member of Trendspotters, a group of food experts
around the country who regularly report on food trends,
Dee writes a column on the Northwest in Stagnito’s
New Product News (pictured here).
Dee recently spoke to the state and regional dietitians
of the Dairy Management Institute on food trends as related
to cheese.
